In celebration of ASI’s 30th anniversary, the company’s leadership comes to the fore. Since its establishment in 1996, its leadership has been anchored in the foundation of strength, unwavering commitment, and excellent service in the field of information technology.

Advance Solutions, Inc. is now under the helm of company President Jefferson Plaza who has steered its direction to productivity and proactive management. “Sir Jepet” as he is fondly addressed by the entire ASI family with his hands-on approach in leading the company is ably supported by equally dedicated and competent department heads and other ranking company officers. In his message for ASI’s 30th year:
“Congratulations on the 30th anniversary of Advance Solutions, Inc. This milestone is a testament to the dedication, resilience, and shared passion that brought us here. To everyone who has supported us over the years — stakeholders, employees, partners, and friends — thank you. Your trust and hard work have shaped our journey, and we look forward to building an even brighter future together.”
ASI Vice President for Sales and Marketing Fritzie Ventenilla shared that she can still vividly remember when ASI was just starting. “We were already happy if we could sell just one computer per month,” she recalled.
“Today, ASI is selling more than 100, and sometimes even 1,000 units per month. Over the years, we have witnessed our growth from a team of just three employees to more than 100 dedicated individuals,” she declared. She added: “We also saw the birth of our subsidiary, ASIT, which marked another important milestone in our journey.”
Ms Fritzie shared: “We have gone through so much together — from the most challenging projects to the simplest ones — and each experience has shaped us into the company we are today.” She affirmed: “None of this would have been possible without the hard work, commitment, and passion of our people.” With joy and pride she said: “This 30-year milestone truly belongs to all of you.”
In her message for ASI’s 30th year: “As we celebrate this milestone, let us congratulate each and every one of us for our efforts and hard work. We are all part of who ASI is today and where it has been for the past 30 years.”
